Watching, guarding, hoping and learning at the heart of the universe is Roland. No one knows how long he has been there.  No one knows how long he will watch.  A guardian of the light he has the one task that he cannot fail at for if he does all is lost. Roland has been known to ask for aid when the time comes and when the universe needs it the most. Right now he is watching.  Right now all is good and safe.

Maximillion Braxton became bent on destroying the universe around him to create a new, better universe in its place. This obsession has twisted Braxton into the Entropy.  He will stop at nothing to create a utopian dimension free from pain. He thinks he is doing the right thing with all the hurt that surrounds him. Braxton was a friend of Wally's in college.  A disagreement on one topic after another shattered their freindship. Entropy stole Suzi-Q to help in his quest to anihilate the current universe and reform it to his liking.
